But, I guess you’ll be charged as cancellation was after ordered was placed.

Recieved this e-mail yesterday regarding this new photo print service online. I have ordered for photo prints. Let’s see how many days it takes to deliver the same.

After placing the order and verifying verifying the account i was surprised to see the credit card information stored on the server. Noticing this first thing which came to my mind was Am I being phished ?

Though I got the credit card cancelled. I am more worried regarding the credit card information stored under your account. Can someone comment on the same.

Good to hear that your pics finally came to you. That’s a ridiculously longtime and it’s just not acceptable.

Me too, if this is what SnapFish has become then no more SnapFish for me as well. I’ll use PicSquare in future. Their photos are better (better paper and better print quality).

Finally the pics were delivered by registered post instead of the courier. I am happy, atleast the pics have now been delivered. One things for sure no more of Snapfish

That’s ridiculous. Where in the world do you live? I highly doubt that reason. Most courier services in India now days have most of India covered.

Seems they have indeed gone down the hill. I was going to order some more photos from them but, seeing the comments here I don’t think I’ll order from them.

I sent another mail asking them for the waybill/reference number so that atleast I can track it from their website. Today I got a reply saying that due to unavailability of courier service in my area, they have sent the prints by normal post. Having set the status on my account to “Shipped by Courier” and charging me for the same, how ridiculous is that?

A few users have commented here that they are experiencing late deliveries from SnapFish lately.

Seems they have gone down lately. The biggest con is that we cannot contact them on phone.

Kindly update us if you hear from them or when you receive the photos.
